We are informing you that the IFMRRC Committee on Standardization and Certification has decided on an unscheduled audit of the Youtrade Holdings Limited company, as well as its compliance with the requirements of the Centre. This decision was taken in accordance with paragraph 7 of the IFMRRC Regulation. In this regard, receiving of complaints about the company has been suspended. It will be resumed after the audit procedure is finished.

We would like to inform you that on 18.01.2014, the validity time period of the FX-Invest Group Limited Company’s certificate was expired.

The Committee on Standardization and Certification was decided to reject FX-Invest Group Limited to pass recertification procedure for activities contravening the Statute and Rules of the Centre.

The decision was made by the highest managerial body of the regulating organization – the IFMRRC Board.
