The highest authority of IFMRRC NCP is the IFMRRC Board of members which is authorized to perform an expert evaluation and consequent settling of disputes that arose between two or more financial market participants.

The IFMRRC Board is comprised of law, economics, banking professionals and Foreign Exchange experts. The IFMRRC Board makes all decisions regarding the lawfulness of the broker’s actions and controls all the payouts from the compensation fund.

Aside from that the decisions made by IFMRRC Board are obligatory for compliance by the companies that have already received the certificates of compliance or are in the process of certification.

We would like to inform you that we have made provisions for the compensation fund to provide traders with reimbursement of damage inflicted by substandard provision of brokerage services by financial organizations certified by IFMRRC.

The regulations of forming the fund and the conditions of payouts from the compensation fund are detailed in the current Regulations of the compensation fund. The existence of the present fund guarantees the safety of the financial means of the customers working with companies that have obtained the certificate of compliance.
