We would like to inform you that on 17.02.2014, the validity time period of the LARSON & HOLZ IT LTD company's certificate was expired.

Since the company did not provide us all necessary information for the recertification procedure and confirmation of the IFMRRC Certificate of compliance, the Committee on Standardization and Certification made a decision to suspend the Certificate of the LARSON & HOLZ IT LTD brokerage company.

The decision was made by the highest managerial body of the regulating organization – the IFMRRC Board.

We are informing you that the IFMRRC Committee on Standardization and Certification has decided on an unscheduled audit of the Formula Marketing Limited company, as well as its compliance with the requirements of the Centre.

This decision was taken in accordance with paragraph 7 of the IFMRRC Regulation.

In this regard, receiving of complaints about the company has been suspended. It will be resumed after the audit procedure is finished.

The IFMRRC Certificate of compliance placed on the official company`s website is fraudulent.

We officially declare that the Welor Trade company, registered at 127 Cedar St, Providence, RI, USA, did not pass the certification procedure. This company does not hold the IFMRRC Certificate of compliance.

We apply to all traders, be vigilant when choosing a company and first become familiar with the details of its activity before starting cooperation.
